These terms govern your use of Phase, an iOS app published on the App Store.

What Phase is

Phase is a personal planning tool that reads your Apple Health data and generates a daily energy briefing on your device. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

License

Phase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard App Store license terms.

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases

Phase Pro is available as either:

• A monthly auto-renewing subscription at the price displayed in the app, with a 7-day free trial.
• A one-time lifetime purchase at the price displayed in the app.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's standard refund policy.

The lifetime purchase grants you Phase Pro features for the lifetime of the v1.x version of the app on your device. We reserve the right to change or remove features in future major versions, though we commit to never removing features that you specifically paid for in v1.

Privacy

Phase has no server. We do not collect any data about you. See the Privacy Policy for the full description.

Disclaimers

Phase is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that the briefings will always be accurate. The briefings are generated by an on-device AI and are intended for personal planning only.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Phase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using Phase at any time by deleting it from your device. We can stop offering Phase at any time, in which case existing purchases remain valid until the v1.x version of the app stops working on a future version of iOS.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is incorporated.

Changes to these terms

If we ever change these terms in a material way, we will note the change in the app's “What's New” notes for the affected release.
